Adding extra pages
The easiest way to add extra pages to your site is to use one of the links available at the interfaces and provide the link to the proper page. The FlashToGo System can not automatically create this extra page for you. This must be done separately using some third-party software such as Front Page, Adobe Page Mill, GoLive, Dreamweaver etecera.
Assuming that you have already created the page, all you need to do is to provide the title for the link and the URL (web address) for the page. The link will automatically be inserted at the interface.
Attention! If you are creating this page using a third party software, you MUST upload this page to your web server (where your site is hosted), so the page is available on the web. It may sound silly for the more experienced user, but freqently, users to not do that.
In order to upload the page you have created to your web server, you will need to use some FTP software (File Transfer Protocol). We have provided some info about FTP so you can get started more quickly.

Adding text links to other pages
The second easiest way to insert links to other pages is to input them inside the main text boxes. Both the Corporate, Premium and Portfolio Series support some basic HTML coding within the main text boxes.
You can insert text links to other pages or documents right from there.
At the Editing Area you will find an HTML help link so you can copy the HTML tags and insert them into the text boxes.
Please note that Flash is very strict in regards to HTML coding. This is not a limitation to the FlashToGo System in particular but to the Flash software itself.
Flash does not handle inline images, or tables for example.
The Master Series does not support HTML coding within the main text boxes.

More Links, buttons, sub-menus...
Supposing you have used all the links provided and still need more :-) You may eventually create and upload a few extra buttons or even a sub-menu to the main interface as you would do with plain .JPG images. This is aimed at the more experienced user though.
These buttons or submenus must be created as Flash movies (.swf), so some Flash knowledge is required. Check out this demo!
Such jobs may be requested to our tech team at any time.

Removing the Links from the interface
If you wish to make the links disappear, all you have to do is to leave both fields blank on every page you want no links.

How to link to a file that my site visitors can download?
This additional file MUST be uploaded to YOUR OWN web server (where your site/domain is hosted). At the FlashToGo editing interface you just need to input the name of the file at the link URL field, such as:filename.zip or the full address: http://yourdomain.com/filename.zip
It would be better if the file was zipped (compressed) first. The file will have ten a .ZIP extension.
In order to upload any additional file to your server you will need to use some third-party FTP shareware. These softwares are very easy to use, pretty much like the Windows Explorer and are a must for anyone willing to maintain/administer his onw website.
