  • I found Flash templates elsewhere at lower prices!

    The templates found elsewhere do not include the right to use a award-winning online system to easily edit your site. You need to know Flash and the HTML language. In addition you must buy the Macromedia Flash software, priced around US$ 500.00.

    The FlashToGo interfaces go far beyond the template concept, since you may add several extra elements such as image background, images to all the pages, logo, cange colors, music etc. The combinations are endless.

    Finally, our system is the pioneer in the market (1999) and has been hardly tested. We have over 50.000 members worldwide. Most systems around simply do not work.

  • Do I need to know Flash?

    Absolutely not. Even though, advanced users, who are a bit Flash savvy, might enjoy a little extras, such as the ability to upload Flash movies (.swf) to the interfaces such as sub-menus, animated logos etcetera.

  • Do I need any tech skills?

    No. The FlashToGo System is aimed at non-tech users. No programming skills are required. However, we assume that you are familiar with the basics, such as using Email, attachments, forms and so...

    The best way to go is to test-drive our system and see how easy it is to deploy and update your web site.

  • Can I edit my site whenever I want?

    The Corporate, Premium and Master Series allow you alter the SKIN (the site interface itself) from any model within the chosen category.

    The Enterprise, Fit, Band and Portfolio are more sophisticated Series and the skin can not be altered. In case you want to change the site model from one of the sites within these categories, please consult our Support Team for details.

    Regarding ALL Series, you can edit all other parameters including text, titles, colors, images etcetera.

    You can alter the SKIN (the site interface itself) from any model within the chosen category.

  • Who holds the copyrights?

    All the sites are copyrighted to FlashToGo. The subscription to our System grants you the right for use the site or CD presentation for life, and the online editing system for one year from the date of purchase.

    The renewal of your subscription is totally optional and needed only if you want to continue using the FlashToGo Editing System to update or customize your site.

    The content you include, such as text, images are, of course, copyrighted to you or to your company.

  • Do I get the files immediately after the first payment?

    Yes! All the files will be either Emailed to you or published to the web server of your choice.

  • Do I need to "host" my site at FlashToGo?

    Absolutely not. You can host your web site at the Hosting Provider of your choice.

  • How can I pay for the subscription?

    We accept PayPal, Credit Cards or online checks.

  • Do I receive the source-codes (.FLA)?

    No. FlashToGo is an online automated system so that you do not need to edit the source-codes.

    Advanced users are able to upload additional Flash movies, such as buttons, animations, sub-menus etcetera. You may even drag and drop them to the exact position within the interface! this is a FlashToGo exclusive feature.

    If you absolutely need some custom addition to the main interface, our tech team can perform it for you, for a reasonable fee.

  • Can I create sites for different companies?

    No. The License is granted for a single company. It is not allowed to create sites for other divisions, subsidiaries, under the same account under the argument that it is for the same "Holding" company. :-)

  • Can I transfer my account to another company?

    No. The Accounts/Subscriptions are non-transferrable.

  • Can I still use the site/interface after the subscription period ends?

    Yes.

  • How reliable FlashToGo is?

    FlashToGo was founded in 1998. Currently, there are over 25.000 members worldwide who have been reliably using the FlashToGo system to build, publish and maintain their web sites.

    During this period, the FlashToGo online system has never been down. Our servers are located at the Verio Datacenter and have triple backups, redundant connections and all the security procedures expected from a leader vendor.

  • And if you guys go busted?

    Even though it is very unlikely, it is a legitimate question. :-)

    FlashToGo has made provisions to continue to maintain our web servers up and running for five years.

    FlashToGo was founded in 1998 and has reached profitability only a few months later. There are over 30.000 members wordwide who rely at the award-winning online system to update their sites.

    In any case, the web sites generated do not depend on our servers. The FlashToGo system is about developing and updating content. The sites would continue to be fully functional even if our servers go down.

  • Do you provide phone support?

    The Support Team is available via Email only pretty much because we must keep all customers inquiries documented and also because we must frequently check with our Tech/Design/Billing Teams prior to return with an accurate response (we deal with some very tech and diverse issues) :-) Please give it a try! The FlashToGo Support Team will be glad to help you out. All inquiries are answered within one business day, although our average response time is around two-three hours.
