  • Can I get a Refund?

    FlashToGo sells a try-before-you-buy product, which is an intangible digital product, exactly like any other software, so all sales are final.

    FlashToGo provides a functional DEMO option for all the sites/interfaces available that you can test-drive even PRIOR to the purchase.

    Test them, see which one best suits your needs. Consult our Support Team if you have questions.

    If you want further customization, you can also request an estimate PRIOR to purchase. Although you can request customization at ANY TIME in the future.

  • Why, why don't you offer Refunds?

    Honestly? :-) Because there are quite many people that act in bad faith. They use the system for a while, sometimes for a very long time, and then, one day, out of nowhere, they say they site does not meet their needs...

    This is not common, but we can not afford or tolerate such kind of behavior.

    Our System DO work great. It has started back in 1998, so we are the pioneer in this business. The system is very mature and bugs are very very rare, even so, we promptly fix in case a problem occurs. Our Support Team is amazing and always helpful. Check the Testimonials section. Those are real and espontaneous testimonials! :-)

    We always try our best to make our customers satisfied but, when you deal with thousands of people from all over the world, every now and then you come across with people that want to take advantage...

  • And if the site I bought doesn’t suit my needs?

    This is exactly why we provide a way to generate a DEMO site prior to the purchase.

    We are very committed to our customers satisfaction, so, if you prefer to exchange to some other equivalent model (within the same category) within seven (7) days from the date of purchase, we can do that for you.

    Although it is unlikely :-) We will fix it within 1-3 business days, at anytime during your subscription period.
